Every nurse must be licensed in the state in which he/she is working. SOS requires background checks, including verification of employment, experience, and education. SOS also requires at least one year current acute care experience within the last 3 years of clinical experience so that every nurse will have adequate training and experience to handle virtually any situation. Each nurse is carefully interviewed and references and certifications are verified.
